Every piece of Treashine Jewellery acquired through our online store comes with a 30-day warranty. The warranty period begins on the purchase date and covers manufacturing defects and material flaws.
Upon evaluation and confirmation of a manufacturing defect by our team, we will provide either a repair or a replacement for the item in question. Please be aware that normal wear and tear over time is not deemed a defect. Treashine Jewellery items are intricate and require careful handling as per the care instructions provided on our website.
This warranty does not encompass jewellery loss, chain breakage, scratch marks, or regular wear and tear. Ordinary wear and tear, including the tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery, is not covered by the warranty. We also reserve the right to reject any warranty claims if the damage resulted from improper handling.
Repairs requested beyond the initial 30-day warranty period will incur a repair charge, and the customer will be responsible for return postage costs. We may be unable to repair or replace an item no longer under our 30-day warranty policy.
For all warranty claims, proof of purchase is mandatory.

Please note, manufacturing defects DO NOT encompass broken chains; chipped, cracked, or broken pearls, shells, or gemstones; regular wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted, snapped, oxidized, or items with fading plating.
